the location was good. a 5mins walk to the mall and about 15mins to the beach.
the area has alot of night clubs but the room seems to minimise the noise. and staffs were willing to provide ear plugs.
overall, it was a good experience.

The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was just great! And although away from the busy town centre we still had the beach, plenty of restaurants and other facilities very nearby. -

We booked 2 nights, but they offerred us to stay at another villas(kiri, about 7 minutes drive away) which is owned by the same person for the second night with no extra fees.
with comparison, kiri is better than layan in terms of funishing and cleaness, but still, layan surprised us and surpassed our expectation. It really makes us felt at home,

My family and I had a most enjoyable and relaxing time at Layan Villas. We were very comfortable there and it was very quiet. It was a very short bicycle ride to the nearby beach, which we practically had to ourselves. Our host, 'PK', was very friendly and very helpful with recommendations for places to visit, dine at, and just generally getting around.
