We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

... what people say » vely private and high standard of comfort, yet close enough to Patong for shopping, resaurants, etc. Everything is available on-site and wouldn't need to leave the rewsort! We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. - Wonderful staff and overall hotel

Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

The staff was very friendly and very attentive...they made us feel pampered. The room was very nice & clean with a stunning direct view of the ocean. This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.
