The room was clean and the room size was good with all necessary amenities and with a nice view from the balcony to the garden and the swimming pools. They have a swimming pool for small children which is perfect. Towels for the pool and beach are free. The kids club was very good for our one year old daughter. Breakfast is perfect from Thai to European food and is included in the price. Food in the evening is okay. They have free shuttle buses to the city and beach of Patong and tuk tuk to the.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and with modern furniture and equipment. Even after we checked out and went to the beach the hotel let us take a shower afterwards and provided us with clean towels. The hotel itself is a great architecture effort, it is a few scattered buildings in a garden-like environment with a pool in the middle. Very gr. One of the nicest hotels on Karon Beach. This is simply not acceptable for such a highly rated Holiday Resort with for stars. They did not clean the pool for small children every day like the two big pools. The Jacuzzi was just not working even after complaining by the reception. Well, there is nothing really. The only thing is the hotel location, from the beach you have to walk a bit up the hill. I see as it a good exercise rather than a negative thing - however this is subjective, for elderly I think this might be an issue. Anyway, you rent a scooter and this is no longer any problem!. Public beach area not very nice. No view of ocean. Slow internet speed occasionally. I suppose there might not be enough deck chairs at the swimming pool but at least there were tables and chairs where we could put our stuff. The grubby corner at the bottom of the road to the hotel. There are some horrible smells eminating from that area at certain times of the day. A plasma screen attached to the wall would have finished off the room and looked more modern. No concierge service for early morning flights. Bathroom design that causes flooded floor whenever we bath. We need to find ways and means to stop water from flowing from bathtub to floor. Porter, we did not tip him on the first day for bringing our suitcases to the room, for the rest of our stay no hello or even smile very rud. Very small complaint would be the hill leading up towards the hotel. Was fine for us but with a family or less mobile people may find hader. All was well. The sheets weren't very clean and little things like the benches could have been cleaned better. Beds too hard. Bad smell around privilege pool. Not a 5 star Had to call housekeeping for extra towels, amenities, etc. Communication. Too many stairs in hotel. The free alcohol did not include beer. Poor Maintenance made for a frustrating stay with many things broken - Typical of cheap Thailand accommodation. The Pool is filthy - Once again a maintenance issue Some of the staff seemed very disgruntled with guests and were rude. The sewage smell. My booking clearly indicated two double beds as we are a family of 4, but when I arrived they put me in a room with one king size bed and then added two single beds leaving no space in the room to walk. The privilege club pool was smelly, not impressed with the privilege club happy hour, staff were not very helpful. Would not stay There again. Staff were arrogant and rude. No free wifi. Location not good. When I wanted to leave they wouldn't refund my nights I hadn't stayed there for Wasn't allowed to bring guests or friends to my room. Overall very bad and very disappointed. Never stay there again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid that hotel. Everything we got sick from the food there on the first day and the hotel managers couldn't care less and the beds are harder than my mother in law!!!!.
