  The location was great for us. Fifteen minute walk to Khoa San Road, but far enough away it was quiet and nice. Hotel was spotless! We had two rooms overlooking the pool - 301a & b and they were great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great. We didn't eat at the hotel, but went to Ricky's Cafe for Breakfast every morning - great ... what people say » place, great food and great iced coffee. The pool was awesome. Cool and refreshing after a hot day in the city. Laundry facilities were very clean and - Wonderful stay in this hotel. We booked 2 nights and stay 4. We came from airport, first time in Bangkok and kindly staff gave us so many informations about Bangkok, Thailand, free map etc. Staff was perfect at all - they help you with every problem with smile. And hotel and rooms were so clean, modern desined, quiet and calm in the city centre. Nice pool open till 10 pm, that was especiaaly refreshing after all day walking during the city. We really enjoed it.

  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... what people say » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. Breakfast was a sumptuous spread with even various cheeses offered on the buffet table, w
