very comfortable.
Unlike many other hotels/hostels in the same area, there was air and space - in the outdoor restaurant, the garden and the courtyard for parking.

Great hotel, clean rooms, good, tv, laundry facilities, tourist desk for trips. Love the location of this hotel as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the khaosan road so you have can have all the craziness but with somewhere you can go back and have some peace and calm. Theres a great cafe a 3 minute walk from here called Chomp that has amazing food and homemade bread and amazing service.

Sam Sen Sam was a tranquil haven in amongst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The room was large and spotless, the staff were friendly and helped us find our way around. Great breakfast. Would come back again. -

We stayed in Baan Manusarn for 2 nights; the price was good, about 33 euro a night (breakfast included) for a double room, which was very large and clean. The location is in a side road and it's a bit difficult to find it; near the guesthouse you can find '7 eleven' and cheap restaurants with good food. Location was awesome. It was a 5 minute walk to an awesome night life. But far enough away where you didn't get the noise. Also the staff was super friendly. They got us a tuk tuk multiple times and negotiated the price. We were never able to get the same price on our own. Also breakfast was included and delicious.

The location is very good, central and quiet because not directly on the street.
The value for the price is quite good (big room, though not the luxury one, but with air-con, en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bed). So if you plan to visit the city, that can be a good option. -

Good walking distance to the ' great palace and others. Only 3-4 minuts walking to the pier where you can take the boat into the city for only 15 baht p.p. On the last pier station (Taksin Station) you can walk easily to the skybar or take the skytrain to siamcenter etc.
The room was clean and had everything for a good 2-4 day citytrip.
