The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! Right across from one of the premier muay boxing locations and less than 2 minutes from a metro stop to give you access to all areas of the city. -

beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe).

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

It's second time we stayed here, and next time i will be in Bangkok, it will be my hotel.
So, near BTS and MRT station, big rooms, it has kitchen, laundry machine, big bathroom, everything is clean, quiet place, excellent service, friendly "good speaking english" staff, pool on the roof with clean water, gym, sauna. -

Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok
