As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Hotel has a nice location,very close to Terminal 21, Asoke skytrain station is just 5 mts walk, we arrived late and were immediately checked in and were given free upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor, lounge and bedrooms had huge floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline, hotel is adjacent to a 24 hours open foodland which is a big plus for families travelling with children, overall very nice hotel with excellent location and the staff

Beautiful clean new facility with a very comfortable bed, beautiful shower and bathroom. All the the main essentials in the kitchen that I use daily like an electric jug to make tea and coffee whenever I want. Massive fridge freezer.
Big tv with many channels in thai and english.

This hotel was really nice, when we first arrived we were transferred to a hotel down the road then returned here the following morning and were up graded to a nicer room. The staff were friendly, the pool was great and the room had everything we needed plus more and was very comfortable. The free tuk tuk service to the main road was great for hotter days. We would happily stay here again.

outstanding at sukhumvit 21, the central location for all the major
malls and attractions. The mrt is walking distance at terminal 21, Asok

It is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel but there is no Beach, I would have trouble finding a back packer... It is close to the shops, and although I did not get a chance to experience the Spa/Relaxation faciitiees I have no doubt they would be up to par - Show me nature and wild life in that region of yhe city and I will be impressed....

Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful.
The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous.
Night lights were impressive.
Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you.
No noise in rooms at all, very quiet.
It felt very luxurious to stay there.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

- Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk)
- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city
- 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking
- Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills
- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating
- Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities
- Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed
