  My new favourite hotel in Bangkok. Great location, fantastic breakfast buffet, cool pool and great rooms. I have stayed in various hotels in BK but this is my new favourite. Location is right next to Skytrain station but you can walk to the main shopping area around Siam Paragon, Bumungrad hospital or Sukhumvit road. Very good Japanese themed rooms and it also has one of those special Japanese toilets if you want to try one - What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful. I will highly recommed this hotel to anyone traveling to bangkok.

  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... what people say » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us.   Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok
