The hotel has daily room service, and complimentary two bottles of water are provided daily. I've read previous reviews that the staff is unfriendly - I would not agree that they are unfriendly, the reception staff... what people say » just seems exhausted. My little daughter and I arrived at 10 a.m, exhausted of our 24hour trip, and we were given a room right away, despite of the f - The rooms were clean and comfortable, you could request that they be cleaned each day. Free drinking water every time the room was cleaned. Personal safe in each room. There were always staff cleaning the corridors. Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were very busy but were always helpful and polite to us. Very efficient. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. He allowed us to store a bag at the hotel for almost two weeks free of charge (we had a n... what people say » ight booked there at the end of out trip as well) and even helped us with online check in for our flight. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.
