  I arrived quite late but the staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband was to come meet me at the hotel in the morning on the way between business trips and even though he got there after I had to leave the hotel accommodated us and even washed his washing in record time. He ended up overstaying an hour and was not charged for it. I absolut... what people say » ely love this place and will stay here again. - The place is very clean and the staff friendly and speak english. The location is good JUST IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A BUS in the north terminal next day, in other case is very far away to the places of interest in Bangkok. We reserved one night, arrived from the airport in the night and we were leaving the place at 6a.m to take the bus.
