  Very good location close to BTS stations National Stadium and Siam and to Khlong stop. Department stores are around the corner as well. The staff is just great. They are very friendly! When we arrived in the morning we got coffee and tea for free. At our departure they helped us to get a taxi to a far out destination for a reasonable price. Our room was not too big but everything needed was there/ Bed and bedside table, - I liked the location as it's a few minutes walk to the BTS station and the MBK shopping centre. A few more minutes walk and you have Siam shopping centres like Paragon and a little further Central World. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are quite well equipped (large fridge, table for eating, small hairdryer and kettle) for a budget place. The WIFI speed is pretty fast. The breakfast was basic but ok. It isnt a hotel but a querky guesthouse thats good enough for a short stay if

  I was there for surgery so I was in the hotel most of the time. The DVD free rental was perfect for me. The service staff from front counter to the housekeeping was really friendly compare to the Heritage which i stayed a few days before i changed hotel. And it is very well kept and clean. When there are many guest, you have to be prepared to wait a bit for more breakfast to be served. Taste is ok - We had a trip which required us to come back to Bangkok a few times. Because the other hotel we booked was full for our second time in Bangkok we booked this hotel instead. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We received a free upgrade to a bigger room (which is always good naturally :) ) in the wing adjacent to the building where the reception is. Also right accross from Khao san road which was fun in the evenings (and despite being able to enjoy the atmosphere there the hotel was a quiet retreat away from it to sleep!) Nice tasty breakfast and freshly cooked, staff also arranged a taxi for me which was nice. The hotel was hard to find for the taxi driver so make sure they ring the hotel before to get directions. Overall a very nice hotel and i would recommend

  It was our second stay. It is a well managed 5 star facility with ample space both in the room as well as in the public areas. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The Kid's Club is thanks to its warm hearted staff just wonderful, our son loved going there. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool a lot. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Best location to stay in Bangkok. Connected directly to Paragon Shopping Mall ~ the biggest and best in the city. Also direct access to the Skytrain. A highly recommended hotel!
