  Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room size is big, comfortable and clean. Baby cot was provided. Location is convenient to shopping area within 10mins walk. - good service,located in city central area,convenient to airport. but one time I ask room dining,the room service people didn't send this message soon.

  I have a home in Thailand, and I often pass through Bangkok going to/from North When I stay on the Sukhumvit side of town, I often stay at the President Palace, which is very central and only 1/2 a block off of Sukhumvit Road. However, on a recent stay I had friends staying at the "Phachara Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok" and I joined them. That being sa... what people say » id, I am now back for my second visit to the "Phachara Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok." The room price/value is exceptional. The rooms are new, fresh, great - The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey ( as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes . Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.

Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily.   I had 3 night stay in this hotel. The room is very nice design and give you comfortable feeling. The bed is also clean and comfortable, we had a nice sleep and rest after the whole day shopping in the city.
