A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding. I will plan to stay again at the hotel on my next visit to Phuket. -

We love the place. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.

The resort was very pleasant, we stayed at a three bedroom villa with a private pool, which was cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied with an acceptable selection. There were two other pools at the property which the kids enjoyed besides the pool in the villa. The place is very quiet and relaxing if you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there
