1. Very clean with nice facilities (shower, etc. were pretty new and well-appointed).
2. Staff very friendly- able to set us up with drivers and tours as needed. Manager even bought us Thai dessert from a local motorbike salesman when we were at breakfast, wanting to share some local fare!

We were able to relax amid the tranquil atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped garden and pools. It is only a short walk to the beach and along the way we found the best traditional massage and most delicious Thai menu in all of Bang Tao area. The hospitality of Manee and her friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. The golden sand beach of Bang Tao offers a nightlife at the many star resorts that are far enough away not to disturb the serenity of Pai Tan Villas.

You can have a relaxation time with your family of your husband or wife because its comfortable for both.they also come to your own villa and serve your breakfast also they offer you a free shattle( bus) that take you to 3 beaches or a super market (3 times daily) . Two Villa has been the best Resort I have ever stayed at. It’s quiet place with incredible serenity. Waking up to see the greens of the mountains nearby along with having a private pool to dip into after you finished your morning coffee was probably one of the best luxuries in life possible. We booked 2 nights, but they offerred us to stay at another villas(kiri, about 7 minutes drive away) which is owned by the same person for the second night with no extra fees.
with comparison, kiri is better than layan in terms of funishing and cleaness, but still, layan surprised us and surpassed our expectation. It really makes us felt at home,

My family and I had a most enjoyable and relaxing time at Layan Villas. We were very comfortable there and it was very quiet. It was a very short bicycle ride to the nearby beach, which we practically had to ourselves. Our host, 'PK', was very friendly and very helpful with recommendations for places to visit, dine at, and just generally getting around.
