The staff were very friendly and professionals. The breakfast buffet was really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle. The landscape of the resort and the surrounding area is wonderful. The In-villa dining was good. The Spa is one of my best experience. The Spa was excellent, Food was good!! Room service was fast n efficient!!Staff attentive Good for golf Surroundings - peaceful n relaxing!! Had a pool side Villa!!Excellent for children !! Nearby all the Laguna hotel - good beach restaurants - free shuttles.
all reviews » Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we checked out. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Would definitely come back here again. The resort was fabulous with wonderful villas scattered around beautiful grounds. There were several restaurants to choose from, all of high standard. Banyantree offers what you expect from a resort in Phuket. A heavenly experience. In room barbecue is a must to-do list. we like our 2 rooms villa with swimming pool and kitch.it was our home for 5 days.very enjoy there. A gorgeous place to say, double pool villa is comfortable and located around with beautiful view. The service the room and the welcoming the atmosphere. Individual pool kept absolutely clean. Very good staff Excellent set up Luxury family holiday. Breakfast was great. A lot of insects. They could have cleaned the room better. Some of the service like the dinner at the lake was overpriced about 17000 thb. Needs to be updated !! Rooms a bit dated - Shower was bad , equipment needs to modernised - hair dryer was old n useless!! Not big choice of Restaurants in hotel Should have free transport to hotel- it was costly if used Hotel transport better to hired your own. No sea views as the hotel was set back from the beach but it was an easy walk. Better to choose 2-bed room villa instead of a Double-pool villa. Double-pool villa is big and fancy, but can beat the wining formula of 2-bed room villa. sometimes the phone line is out of working.one night one hour without electricity and the room become ghost house very dark and baby want go to toilet.it is horrible experience. None. Some aspects of the construction are aging but reasonably maintained. Food is very expensive in the resort. the pool side restaurant was really disappointing. Service was shocking and the food was not really anything to talk about. I am very surprise that we need to pay additional for 2more children to stay in the Villa. We as the customer did not complaint if the place is overcrowded anot. In order not to make thing difficult for the friendly staff we just pay accordingly. But this case really spolit our holiday mood.
