  The apartments were modern, very clean and well equiped and quiet. Both bedrooms, kitchen and living area were a good size. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our return flight was a later in the evening and there was a facility to leave your suit case in a secure room in the apartments. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The Manager was extremely helpful when we arrived and introduced us to the location of attractions and amenities. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment to travellers to Valencia.

  The location was perfect, just off the main square in the lovely historical centre so close to restuarants and the main sights. Despite this, it was reasonably quiet at night as we had the penthouse apartment on the 5th floor, and also nice and dark as the big French windows have shutters and blinds. The other great thing about this apartment was ... what people say » the large roof terrace which was well furnished with outdoor sofas and loungers and got the sun for most of the day - it's worth paying extra for this - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the location was amazing! The area also feels safe and is always busy. There are shops nearby to buy most of what you need. We had a really great time.

  I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. If you are a 50 year old biker you do get the odd wtf look from spotty students but no surprise, cos you are in the university accomodation. secure parking was available for paltry amounts plus I had a ... what people say » balcony. Nice place nice people, if you are nice go! - Staff was very helpful offering maps and list of the best sites to visit during Las Fallas Festival.   We have stayed in a number of apartments in Spanish cities and this was the best yet. Spacious, well furnished and laid out, everything looked brand new. We enjoyed the terrace with view over the pretty courtyard and the fact that our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment had an extra cloakroom as well as the ensuite with large walk-in shower. The electrically operated windo - Good location,nice feel to the building, lovely big balcony, clean on arrival,excellent facilities with lots of towels, blankets etc. Couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful.
