  This hotel was only booked a couple of days prior to our stay as we had to cancel our previous booking. When we arrived the receptionist helped us to put the car in the underground car park a couple of hundred yards away. We went to our room and it had obviously not been cleaned from the previous occupant. My husband went down to ask if someone c... what people say » ould do so and the receptionist was distraught and immediately put us into another room. This was further up and had the most wonderful view of the ri - We have now stayed here many times and the standard has not slipped, staff are very helpful and rooms are spotless. Safe garage parking within 100yards.

  very nice and helpfull people in the reception, close to the old place of tudela and much more easy to park. The experience to take the lift with your car to acces to the parking is great. - Big rooms, easy parking in under ground car park, hotel staff were friendly and easy walking distance to the square with shops and restaurants
