  We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 nights in February 09. We stayed with our 2 children in a 'B2' Apartment - we found the rooms (sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette / separate bedroom / large bathroom) to be extremely comfortable and practical with nice decor. It was easy to get around the hotel with a buggy and it had great access and was very easy to find at the end of the esplanade with a great walk along the water front into the main town centre.

  A classic modernista era family run hotel (it was previously their home). We loved it because there were keys, not key cards, the furniture is all old fashioned but everything was clean and light and original. The beach is a short walk away - For a two stars it can't be better than this: We had the double room with two queen-sized beds for two with access to the roof. Room was so large it could be a suite. It is decorated with art-noveau style (furniture, floor and bathroom too). The entire hotel is decorated in this style. A treat, really. Location is very good. Train station is 100 or so meters away.
