We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we
emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police
station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city
aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was

it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

fantastic staff--helpful, efficient, engaging. location--right in the middle of Santiago's "old city" and a block from their famed cathedral. Sound-proofed rooms--which i had no idea would be so important...and i still don't know how they do it! Tiny terrace with a great view and fresh air.

I really appreciated the warmth of the welcome, the owner had learnt English later in life - again appreciated his efforts. He gave good recommnedations on where to go to eat and drink. I felt most welcome and every effort was made to ensure my comfort. I appreciated the efforts made by the staff on reception to make sure I had any information I might need. Maps and advice on places of interest and restaurants etc was offered on arrival. The breakfast provided was excellent and was served in a friendly and attentive manner. All staff including the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly and greeted one with a smile.

Ideally located in Santiago de compostela easy to walk in the old town and to the train and bus stations. The staff are lovely and the breakfast and common areas are excellent. I have to admit that the staff was very polite and smiling. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It is just in the middle of the city and nature together. It has a small backyard and you can sit, have some drink and enjoy the fresh air.
Next year i will visit Santiago de Compostela again for being a pilgrim and definitely stay here again.
