We stayed at this hotel after walking 200km of the Camino. What a great choice! So close to the Cathedral and very central to shops and restaurants. The hotel has been beautifully revamped and we loved our room and the gorgeous bathroom. Lovely, peaceful hotel right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Santiago. I would definitely stay there again!

The people who ran it were so nice-- We had just finished the Camino,
and were exhausted. They hustled us up to our room to rest right away,
and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. They also
loaned us a hair dryer for the duration of our stay, and helped us get a

This is a good-value budget hotel in the heart of Santiago's old quarter. My room was basic but acceptable, as was my private bathroom. There are some nice cafes round the corner doing good-value breakfasts all day, and loads of good cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and sights all over the city centre.

Location was excellent. I stayed for three nights, I was in room 1, which was above the reception and kitchen area, very loud in the morning, banging doors etc... I asked to change rooms which they they did, They moved me to the top room on the 3rd floor, no problem. -

Everything. The location was great. The staff wonderful. Juan was very helpful in showing us the apt. Everything in the room was topnotch. There should be a sign on the drawers beneath the hanging rod about how to open. We loved especially the superb window and sound insulation, the induction cooktop.. The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.
