The owner was superlative in every way, trained in hospitality with a
wealth of experience and knowledge about how to run a hotel business. He
is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English
beautifully. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated
with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and
fun part of San Sebastián. I highly recommend staying at this pensione.

Staff were extremely helpful. The receptionist provided detailed directions to us (would never have found the place with these!). Bicycles were provided to us free of charge.
