  Amasingly helpfull stuff, good location:close to the bus station, city centre, beaches and Loro Parc. Nice clean rooms. Awesome view from the roof (which has a pool). It is possible to eat at the hotel restaurant (not 'haute cuisine', but good and reasonably priced).Wi-fi only in the lobby but there is plenty room for seating. - The location was ... what people say » good and the shuttle from the hotel excellent. Staff very friendly but needed to speak a little more English. Hotel very clean but a little tired. Maybe time for refurbishment. Breakfast excellent choices.

  The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself ... what people say » and saved a packet compared to going through a tour operator. - Food good. Bar good Staff good (friendly and helpful), especially Animacion Team Very child friendly (although I did not have any children with me) Excellent location right in centre of resort, also next to beach. No noise from road/people

  We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... what people say » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.

  The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean. Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given. Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars. It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches. ... what people say » We saw one dead the whole holiday. - Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.
