  Fantastic food, setting and buildings. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - We loved our stay at Son Palou. It is unbelievably peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and the staff are helpful without being intrusive.   The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. - The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed.   Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed. - the staff - excellent trained , the room - excellent , everything was excellent

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town.   The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach.   The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd... what people say » ed. Wifi is free in the lobby but it's almost impossible to connect to it, but i would recommend to purchase wifi in the room for 15 euro for one week - Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel territory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room; work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious and varied. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea, without noisy parties is for this hotel.
