  We had a short stay at the Amapola and could not have wished for anything more. The location was beautiful with the lake to the rear and the beach 5 minutes away. The staff were all so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with a great choice and always fresh. Rooms clean and comfortable.   Fantastic pool-side with the couches at the front The music was great- no need for my headphones between 10am and 10pm! Even though it's a hotel focused on younger crowd, it still was quiet at night- but who stays the night in the hotel there ;) Only thing about music at the poolside was the fact it was a tad bit repetitive- we weren't there in hi... what people say » gh season so DJ wasn't there yet :( I would strongly recommend this hotel to all wanting to go out in Magaluf as it is only a 10 min walk down the roa - Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and nightlife. Decent and varied brunch until midday with eggs and toast to fruit and cereal. The self contained rooms are decent in size and reasonably clean with daily housekeeping to make your bed. Aside from requesting a double bed and getting 3 singles (pushed together) which my boyfriend ended up sleeping in the crack every night, the place was very good value for money and i'd recommend for a place with a 'lively' atmosphere!

  Great hotel i can't believe its only rated a one star, we could actually see the water from our balcony.. The price is great the staff were friendly. Next time we go back we will definetly stay there, it doesn't have a pool but who needs a pool when the beach is just across the road...
