  The most positive point about the hotel must have been the hotel staff. They were extremely polite and helpful and almost overly eager to help. We stayed for one night in the Superior Double room which was exactly that, superior. The room was furnished in a combination of the old building and a more modern style in a very nice way and was very cle... what people say » an and large. The other thing that stood out was the breakfast. It was a buffet-style breakfast with choices ranging from your basic cereals to local - This was our second visit, which says a lot. It is a small, well designed boutique hotel, with the character of being within a very old building within the old town of Solsona. The rooms are large and comfortable, and our stay was very relaxing. Easy to explore old town. We ate at a nearby italian restaurant, as previously, as there are no dining options at hotel. Breakfasts are excellent. Staff warm and welcoming. Worth paying to use hotel garage, but only small so reserve in advance.

  Very nice service-oriented people, very friendly and helping.Fine facilities. Nice restaurants around. Great country side and village. Location by a river and artificial lake. Would certainly get back there. Certianly for a ski vacation.

  We got upgraded to a larger room after negotiating with one particularly nice concierge. The lounge areas, breakfasts and swimming pool were all excellent, as was the location. - Staff excellent and very helpful. We had half board and the restaurant was excellent. Wonderful choice at breakfast and interesting menus at evening meals

  We loved the hospitality of the host Estelle and her husband Joachim. They made us feel right at home and treated us like their own family. We met their son Isaac and he was as helpful and as charming too! We had an upstairs bedroom which was well looked after with a balcony and the view and the weather was very kind to us.
