I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys.
Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer,
The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
