  A very good experience: Basically a student dorm that is rented out during the summer. It's clean, comfortable and handy for the town center if you don't mind taking a bus (the #5 or 25, 1.60 euros each way). Our room, #157 was great and I recommend it: it's a corner room and very quiet.It's warm at night, but otherwise no complaints. There's even... what people say » a gym in the lower level which is spartan but very handy (and rare in San Sebastian). And and last but NOT LEAST: free parking. (Even though it's out - Colegio Mayor Olarain was a real breath of fresh air after a couple of depressing budget hotel rooms--a big, airy dorm room with big windows and lots of space. Breakfast was good too. But best of all was the staff. While in San Sebastian I fell, cut myself badly, and needed stitches. Next day I was concerned about the wound and staff drove me to a clinic to get checked out. Wonderful people here.

  The location was fantastic. Both reception-staff were very helpful. Lots of tapas / pintxos bars nearby. Free wifi. Free welcome beer on arrival redeemable at nearby bar - The staff were friendly, it was worth staying there to be right in the heart of the old town, close to all the shops and bars

  This place works out perfectly for staying in San Sebastian. Parking is 5 euros and is easy and the location of the hotel is not too far from the center. There are buses if you don't feel like walking. Although basic, the room was comfortable and even had a kitchenette. - The very clean room and with enough space. We had also a small kitchen with... what people say » a table so it was practical to have brakfast in the morning. 10 minutes by foot from the beach. Bus stop very close so it is easy to reach the city center.

  Had a good kitchen facility if we had known restaurant would be closed. Vending machine good. Price good but for a hotel so far off beaten track you need to be prepared. Lovely views. - Everything looks new and very clean! Bedsheets etc is all like in a good hotel. A lot of space. Green territory. Huge space for breakfast. Ideal for families.
