The staff at the hotel are just outstanding. My husband became ill in Granada and had to spend 5 days in a local hospital. I have little Spanish and the hospital staff had little English. Location is excellent as it is city centre, practically a few steps away from the main attraction. Wifi is super fast and with a very good coverage throughout the hotel.
