  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... what people say » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). It has its own private garden. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Fantastic value for money, two huge pools with lots of sunbathing room so you didn't feel hemed in. The grounds were kept very well and in a nice quiet location but close to all amenities. - Calm situation, nice bungalow, beautiful hotel and swimming-pools, very clean.

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Bright, clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location with fantastic views across the beach from our 18th floor room. Perfect for long walks along the lively promenade (or beach). Wide selection of excellent restaurants close by. Atmosphere in the city was great with lots to see and do - excell... what people say » ent bus service making travelling around easy. - Foremost, the setup and cleanliness of the room. It was simply a pleasure to come back to our room. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was spacious, had lots of towels (changed every day even if it wasn't not required). The view of the port we got (15th floor) was great. Very helpful staff. And the free minibar was a nice touch (refilled every day, even with bonuses sometimes)
