it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

Excellent I feel is a very rate for this hotel. However I would certainly rate it higher than average. A rate of 4.5 I feel would be a more accurate rate. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The bacon and egg breakfast I had is one of the tastiest breakfasts I have eaten in a long time. -

The room is nicely designed, with beautiful double-panelled windows, interesting royal sun design on ceiling, carbed stone wall in bathroom. Bird on ledge next to bathroom was a great touch! Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking. Great location, just a short walk to the historic centre. -

This relatively new hostal is 50 meters from the bar-restaurant where you check in and beside which is a convenient mini-mart (closed Sundays). Our room had a great view of the countryside and church. The proprietress was very helpful.

We especially appreciated the hotel's owner, who welcomed us warmly
and personally, and, in spite of a language barrier, took the time to
give us tons of great insight into the region. Thanks to his thoughtful
suggestions, our daytrips from Corcubion were filled with amazing views,
natural treasures, pristine and isolated beaches. The hotel itself is
spotless, new, with beautiful views onto the bay and a gorgeous outdoor
terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts or apéros.
