We arrived at 11.30am after starting from home at 3.30am. We were delighted to be told a room was available and that our request for a room in the quiter part of the hotel had been honoured. The hotel restaurant has an excellent menu offering a varied choice of well prepared dishes at a reasonable price. We would recommend this hotel to our friends

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. The main plus point, was that the hotel was a great central base for our trip. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the football result was not a great one! - It was very comfortable especially the pillows. It wasnice and close to the city centre

The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service

I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture
of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the

were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home.
This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places
