  My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colon hotel and would recomend this hotel as an excellent central location to explore Barcelona. You are right in the centre but yet in a very quiet peacful location just off La Rambla ideal for all restaurants, the bus tours etc which are a must for anybody visiting the city. We loved the peacful as... what people say » pect of the hotel once you enter from the street. - Location, Location, Location. We found the Colon to be excellent in all ways. The hotel itself is beautiful and kept up. Our room was lovely with a terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Staff was very accommodating and recommended excellent restaurants. It was a wonderful experience!

  comfort and cleanliness of the room, size of our room, excellent terrace,perfect location, efficiency and friendliness of staff - have already recommended this hotel - Wow what a fbulous hotel! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for aluxurious and central location. Service was brilliant and rooms lush
