  Absolutely everything!! The location is as good as it gets folks!! A leisurely 10 min walk to la barceloneta beach area and a meandering 5/10 mins into a cavernous shopping district with distinctive boutiques and wonderful historical monuments to feast one's eyes on. Ths apt had everything and was in my opinion better than staying in a 5 class hot... what people say » el !! Would definately go again, - The flat was perfect for 3-4 people, the location was right the middle of all the popular places, next to barri gothic, beach, and la ramblas. The flat came with most of the utilities except for a kettle but they provide a saucepan anyway. Flat takes slightly longer to get warm, and comes with a balcony fog smokers. Quite perfect in my opinion.

  Clean, convenient, value for money, the owner Vanessa is very nice and helpful - It' location was both good and bad. It is very central which is excellent although it is in a very very dodgy area. Very clean and excellent staff (very helpful).

  Pedro who greeted us was very helpful, the location was great and we had three changes of fresh towels during our short stay. - Spotlessly clean. My mother-in-law would have been proud of them!
