  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.   The location was near to Granada town center but very quiet location. Public parking was under the building. Police office is next door and it gave us some sense of security. - I thought the standard of the hotel was excellent and better than I had expected. The power shower in the room was amazing.

The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. There are lots of bars and cafe's nearby andthe bus-stop for the famous 'Alambra' is a short walk away.

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
