  This hotel is a bit hidden and a bit smaller than the photos suggest but it's a luxurious mountain retreat. Having a jacuzzi inside your standard room was a new experince for me, one to be remembered. Everything is cozy and well appointed.   The personnel very kind and helpful.There are some lovely walks around the area., The hotel is set in beautiful suroundings.Our dog Hogan was well recieved(chocolate lab) Highly recommendable only regret not being a golf player!!!! last but not least rooms relaxing and comfortable. - Clean, nice, well decorated, nice views, excellent facilities.

  A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

Nice SPA (basic set of saunas and pools included in the price for total of ~2hours) with extra options like different massage types and oxygen mask therapy. We took room with a sea view, there aren't many of these types, but it was wort... what people say » h the extra 30,-EUR. - The Ave. Sofia has obviously worked out some of the kinks mentioned in earlier reviews. The staff was helpful and did speak English fairly well. Plenty of towels and in-room toiletries. Loved the roof-top bar (Juan was so friendly & accommodating.) Great view. Breakfasts were excellent. Excellent spa.
