Excellent location - rather than a tourist I felt like living in the neighbourhood with other Barcelonians. Shops and bars at hand, walking distance to the beach, quite close to the underground (line L4). -

Apartments way exceeded our expectations.
Whole complex was very clean.
Some minor electrical issue were dealt with very promptly.

Staff, facilities, location.
I took the train from Madrid to Barcelona and stayed here. Its close enough to walk from the station (I only had a backpack though), checked in and got my keys, and the rest was cake. Cool lockers you can lock with your key card, free internet downstairs, and the breakfast was also pretty cheap and pretty good.

Staff are helpful and very friendly, specially the amazing (Ricardo), the guy at the front-desk.
Security arrangements and comfortable beds.
The very central location of Urbany made it very easy to reach for the top landmarks and sightseeing.
Very easy to reach from the BCN airport; A1 bus from the airport till Place De Catalunya, then a 3 minutes walk through the Gran Via street to the hostel.
The place is more of a youth hostel and suitable for budget travelers.

The host Silvia was very helpful right from the start. As we had a long stay she moved us up to the top floor with a great terrace which was so nice of her. The apartment was clean and exactly what we were looking for. It is Gracia which is such a great area of Barcelona also. Many thanks to Silvia for everything and we will definitely be coming b

The staff was very friendly and flexible. We were able the check-in before 2pm because the apartment was free the night before. We were also provided a baby crib even though it was not included in the apartment we booked. Aparments in Camprodon 27 are situated in quiet area and near metro as well bus stops. The Gracia area was also nice and quiet, and getting to the Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya took only 15-20 minutes walk.
