  The hotel is three blocks from the beach, which was just what my daughter wanted! It is new and very clean. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor and it was very quiet--we had a small window that opened up to the outside toward the street but we had no noise at all.   The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered lots of variety and was plentiful,healthy and great value. The fact that breakfast was served until 11am added a bit of luxury. The free access to the internet was a great bonus.
