  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see ... what people say » immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.   The villas are located in a nice quiet closed and safe complex. Each villa provides plenty of privacy even for family with grandparents and small kids. The villa is comfortably furnished and has all the necessary equipment. Private swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The pool is 130 cm deep - my 9 yo son had his head above water level and withal it's sufficien - in the period we went we had this amazing villa and all the facilities for our selves, therefore we take pleasure the pool, the zacuzzi and all the amenities for easy fun!

  Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The villas are clean... what people say » ed on a regular basis, and the pool is checked every day, we asked for a barbecue one day and it was delivered within minutes. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was cleaned daily too. Alondra is up on a bit of a hill which is only less tha
