  The apartment we stayed (223) in slept 6 people although there were only 3 of us. Myself and my partner had a really nice, clean en suite double room within the apartment with doors leading onto a huge balcony. The en suite had a hairdryer, complementary toiletries, plenty of to - We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances! This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut down even more on the packing!   The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path.   We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is located very close to the harbour and the city centre. The harbour is only 5 mins walk with excellent resturants ( try La vida which was a fair price and excellent food), The walk to the center centre was also very short ( approx 10 mins max). The hotel owners are very friendly and multi- lingual and great host - We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Ceiba Maria! The owners, Sindy and André, were always there to assist or recommend whatever and whenever needed. It's a very clean and nice place which being located at the end of the street is at the same time close to the beach, marina and all the city centre entertainments as well as the local bus stop.   The location was wonderful - we visited just prior to the opening of tourist season, which suited us just fine. The area was very quiet, and everything was close and accessible. We were within 1k of the beach, and walked to the closest town in less than 15 minutes. Bicycles and taxis made everything else we wanted to see a short hop away. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, treating us as if we were - Location is great (700m to Cala Mondrago), everything in the house is in mint condition, very nice and stylish rooms. Breakfast was fine with homemade pastry (cakes etc.) Good pool so you can even not leave the hotel if you like. Yoga teacher comes to the hotel twice a week (10 Euro for a lesson). Best Mallorca's beaches are nearby or can be easily reached by car.
