  Very friendly staff, good level of english and very helpful. Parking right on the street, very convenient. Good alternative when visiting granada, as it's not so easy to park in the city and the hotels are a lot more expensive. Away from mass tourism, we ate in a local tapasbar for 10€ (2 people)! - the best thing about this Hotel is the location... what people say » , a car is essential to travel around Santa Fe. There is a famous cake shop on the opposite side of the road and is well worth a visit. Breakfast is available in all the hotels in the proximity. Sierra nevada and Granada are a stone throws away.

It was my husband's birthday the day we arrived and having seen on the reviews that home baking is made for breakfasts I requested a cake on our arrival as a surprise. It was absolutely wonderful as were the home made cakes each breakfast. Joelle helped us with ideas for a day out which we followed and were... what people say » thoroughly pleased with. Their ideas and suggestions added to the enjoyment of our stay. Their garden is lovely and will be very enjoyable in warmer - What a pleasure to stay in such a well run establishment. Joelle and Rosa make you feel as though you are houseguests rather than paying customers. Their advice on walks or places to eat was perfectly judged and much appreciated.
