  High standard of fitments and decor. Swimming pool very clean and secluded with plenty of greenery/trees around. We got a refund on the room - I think because the restaurant was closed, though we had been warned about this the day before.

  The staff, Anna, is extremely helpful and nice. Excellent location (convenient yet quiet in the old town, just 15 minutes walk to La Alhambra) and great value for money.   We were near the end of the Camino Mozarabe when the sudde! Rain, cold and snow in Spain forced us to quit one day ahead of schedule. The result was that we booked this room in great haste; not noticing the fact that it is impossible to book-in between the hours of 13:30-17:00.   I really liked that the staffs were very attentive and when I had made a request to do something about the emergency light as I could not sleep with it, they improvised and made a cardboard box to cover it. Good alternative when visiting granada, as it's not so easy to park in the city and the hotels are a lot more expensive. Away from mass tourism, we ate in a local tapasbar for 10€ (2 people)! - the best thing about this Hotel is the location... what people say » , a car is essential to travel around Santa Fe. There is a famous cake shop on the opposite side of the road and is well worth a visit. Breakfast is available in all the hotels in the proximity. Sierra nevada and Granada are a stone throws away.
