The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

Fabulous location and view. The climb up the steps from the square was no problem especially as Betty met us at the square and helped us with our luggage. Loved the space and the comfort of the apartment, which also allowed us to self cater. Betty our host was bubbly, and had lots of good advice. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

This is a very good hotel. Don't be put off walking to it using the directions on this site - you do have to go down some grotty bank avenue which gives the impression its going to be a dump, but there is another way to get to the hotel through a nice square and is it actually in a nice area, It would be hard to describe the nice way to walk there,

We liked the place. It's very authentic.The room had internet and was clean and comfy - the best needed for the long distance travelers. We came at night, having made a notify of it and we had no troubles of night check-in. You can leave the car on the wide street just right to the street the hostel is and there's also a $-parking there.

1. LOCATION is excellent, surrounding by many restaurants and coffee shops (few of them : Taberna El Papelo, Ciudad Pekin). 2. ROOM is quite big, with fan no Aircon, and clean. Bathroom is quite big, with hot shower and clean towel. 3. FACILITY is OK, a cupboard, a big bed & blanket provided. 4. STAFF is ready 24 hours (they do shifting), very kind and helpfull, we can put our luggage in their storage until our next bus schedule to Lisboa.
