  Location is great just by underground parking and right by the cathedral plaza in this lovely city. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful an absolute star thanks Eva! The room was spotless and air conditioned. The staircase is a little steep and we were given the option of a flat round the corner. What a fantastic apartment it's worth ... what people say » considering this if it's available. Free parking is available by the way but on first arrival it's easy in the paid one to unload. All in all a really - Very clean and well maintained. The location is great for city visit; nice terrace on top of the building. The personnel is very nice and helpful.

  Very friendly and helpfull staff, Wifi in the whole hotel and Coffee and Water for free - BUT before all we did love our Junior suite room which was in the old palast - what a great mix between modern and historical ! we had a nice room with a huge balcony and even 2 televisions :-)... the bed was huge and very confortable. Do not get shoked when ... what people say » arriving as the fist impression is strange - because there still is a construction area in front of the hotel - but the good news is you can park your - The atmosphere in the hotel was good and the room was beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
