  Very helpful staff. We had to store a cooler box with medication for two days and retrieved it later with two fat "do not unplug! Contains Medicine" stickers in Spanish (we re-used them in other hotels) stilll sticking to the plug and the box. Location is excellent for Jaen city visits, not so good for Via Verde access.   Hotelowners were very friendly and gave us a lot of usefull information about what to do in Granada and the surroundings. Nice, quiet and clean hotel in a typical Andalusian style.   Great hotel, right in the middle of lots of nightlife and attractions. Lovely room with a view over the street, but also quiet at night - excellent nights sleep. Staff were fabulous, really friendly and went out of their way to get information about train times, possible train strikes etc. Spotlessly clean everywhere. We liked it so much we went ... what people say » back for 2 more nights after we had travelled to Cordoba . Recommended. - All three members of the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony & large window that opened looking out onto the street below. Also, the bathroom was great. Initially, the room was very warm, but on mentioning this fact to reception, it was immediately rectified & the air on switched on for our return.

  Very conveinent location to the stadium. Only 20 minutes walk from the centre and plenty of local bars nearby. - The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was large and in a good location.
