  Everything at the hotel was fabulous! The staff were always willing to help with a big smile, the food made me put on quite a few pounds and the location was perfect. Our room got cleaned every day, making it as clean as when we came. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was for so little money.   The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful.   The hotel location is unbeatable as it faces the Atlantic Ocean and has direct access to the Fuente del Gallo beach, which is very pretty, one of the prettiest we have been to.   All the staff worked really hard to make our week great, we arrived early but reception staff were really helpful looked after our bags and pointed us in the direction of the bar! Room was great, both room and bathroom were nice and large, plenty of space for all of us. Animation team worked hard to ensure we were included with activities for chil... what people say » dren and adults, English, Spanish and French were all spoken and lots of effort made to include everybody. Great variety of buffet food at all meals a - The complex was spotless clean and very close to the beach. We liked that after the bar closed at 11.30 the lights went off at 12 and the place was very quite great for a good nights sleep. The hotels clientele was mostly French which we found to be very friendly and we found that like us they clean up after themselves and don't leave glasses around the pool for other people to pick up.We were only there on a 3 night stay and we had a great time and found the all inclusive to be great value

  En este hotel mas o menos 70% estaban Aleman, 20% son Ibero y 10% son Inglès. The animation tream is not pushy and discreet. I'm not the party type man but they do a good job. They let you talk Spanish if you want to recall your Spanish language capabilities. A good mix of families and elder couples. They concentrate on Germans (like me) but they do care about others and speak English and of course Spanish. - Nice hotel in a great location. Walk through flower filled gardens downhill to the sea. We had a beautiful view over meadows from our suite. The sunsets were superb. Food was good and the staff were excellent. The guests were predominantly German - we believe we were the only two Brits staying - but everyone was extremely friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the beach and the village of Conil are wonderful.
