He was absolutely great. - Pool area was excellant. Rooms were kept very clean! Housekeeping staff were excellant. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk!

  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. Martina was the most gracious hostess - she knew just what my niece and I needed and directed us to the best places for restaurants, shopping and to the most perfect beach.   We knew that this is just an apartment in Puerto Banus. Do not expect design apartment! Its simple,its clean with kitchen and bathroom but this is it! The beds are normally separate beds in one-bedroom apt. In the heart of Puerto Banus what was perfect for us! Japanese restaurant just on the ground floor of the building,beauty saloons,cafe,banks..... what people say » .Bars,night life,restaurants just one min away.It is perfect who knows the place and doesn't want to spend for 5 star hotel.The garage below the build - everything the staff were the most friendly helpful and informative ive ever experienced the accomadation was very spacious and in a great location and was cleaner than most 4 star hotels weve stayed in and they had everything you needed and more .we were spoilt for choice at the amount of pools and beautiful open gardens it was so peaceful and a real sun trap
