It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive.   Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.
