The information leaflet in the room stated a home away from home and this was certainly the case. All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was someone there all the time, and as a solo traveller I always felt safe. The location was perfect, just a few steps to restaurants, shops, and beach, and the view from the sun terrace was magic, out over the ocean.
Also it was great to chat to other guests from all over the world.

Miguel runs a very happy/jolly family business. He is always smiling and whistling and can not do enough for you. We had booked 3 x apartments all equally good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shops. The area is beautiful, all staff on the Island were very pleasant. We hired a car but only costs 13 euros from the airport to La Lagunetta

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located and very clean. The poolside area never seemed too crowded or noisy, even though all the apartments were occupied.

We were not expected (communication failure between letsbookhotel.com & appartments) and arrived to a closed reception. Arran arrived within 15 mins of us phoning the tel no on the door and sorted the problem out. It did mean us spending to 1st night at another appartment complex though.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities and their purity - very good.
