  Staff have always been helpful, this is the 5th time i've stayed here. On this occasion due to the air traffic control problem in the uk, i am in fact still here.   the location was good - Very nice hotel. I loved the decoration, so spanish. Our room was spacious. Staff is nice, they helped us when we needed help with map and everything. Loved the pool! Really good location.
