The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again! Food was great too... -

The location is great, right by the beach. The price is a little high and the room was small and in the 1st floor the view was obstructed by the lower building. I would recommend a room on a higher floor. -

Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet

Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear absolutely everything taking place in the hotel. There was a band playing in the bar two floors below us and it was so loud my bed was shaking. We could hear the people in the next room cough and talk on the telephone.

good value geared 4 german clientelle eg tv food. room more than adequate bus service good plenty of car hire firms and taxis - Breakfast was ok, room need some refurbishment. Some noise at night from inside the hotel, but no big deal. Nearby a supermarket, bus, bar's, restaurants, etc. So i think it's fair for the price.
